Private Consultations for Your Dog
Kickoff Consult
Virtual
The Initial Consultation last 2 hours through Zoom. During the consultation, a Clever Critters professional will consult with you about your dog’s behavior and training history and observe any concerning behavior(s) within safety and reason.
Clever Critters will also determine an appropriate behavior modification plan (management and training), demonstrate and coach training techniques, and provide homework and educational resources based on the behavior care plan discussed and practiced during the visit.
Follow Ups
In-Home or Virtual
Follow-up consultations are provided in your home or virtually and last 1 hour. The total number and frequency of appointments depends upon yours and your dog’s needs, your schedule, and your budget.
Follow ups are generally recommended every 2 weeks for the most effective training schedule. We also offer packages for Follow Ups, as well as payment plans.
"What if the secret to great dog training is to be an expert feeder rather than a strong leader? A skilled reinforcer rather than a strict enforcer?"
- Kathy Sdao

Dog Day Training
In-Home
$430? for Three 30 Minute Sessions PLUS Follow Up
Day training is a focus visit, where your trainer works hands on with your dog on one specific task, as approved by the trainer.
The purpose of day training is to allow the trainer to work with the dog with or without the parent present to create strong training habits and patterns. Most often, the parent is focusing on Management training and the trainer works on the skills.
Once the trainer has worked with the dog, they will then teach you how to maintain these skills. This can promote faster learning.
These sessions are recommended weekly or twice weekly, or as discussed with your trainer on the most effective training schedule. These sessions are recommended to be scheduled in quick succession.
